However, "if" a scanner has been certified from a trusted industry source other than the manufacturer, it will be clearly noted.
Each scanner comes with a certification from that scanner’s manufacturer.
We seek to offer you the best possible price for the particular scanner.
We have been in the document imaging industry since 1994 as a company. As a long time reseller of new scanners for all of the manufacturers represented on this web site, we offer a depth of knowledge and manufacturer relationships not available elsewhere.
The RULES are simple and upfront:
All sales are pre-paid.
Each scanner comes with a certification from that particular scanner’s manufacturer. Usually this certification states that the scanner has been certified by the manufacturer to be accepted into their maintenance program. However, some manufacturers will offer a limited time warranty for the scanner. This is usually a 90 period. Check the details of the particular scanner for this information. The scanner has been cleaned, tested and certified to be in working order by the scanner manufacturer.
Scanners are sold "as is" given this certification.
If you don't read anything else, please make note of this: The scanners are shipped FROM the manufacturer unless otherwise noted. PLEASE understand that the order process is a SLOWER due to this "drop ship" requirement. It is not automated and there are three layers of distance between WSC and your tracking information.You may not see a tracking number for 6-8 days. It could be LONGER "IF" when your order is submitted, the stock for your particular scanner model is depleted. REMEMBER YOU ARE ORDERING REFURBISHED SCANNERS and not new. Once stock is depleted, there is NO pulling additional stock from another warehouse. More scanners will need to be refurbished to restock. However, in order to refurbish the scanner, the used scanner needs to be available to the manufacturer. THIS IS SOMETIMES where the WAIT "can" come into play. We strive to keep the quantity actually in stock accurate for your decision. HOWEVER, due to the circumstances discussed on this page, that can be out of our control. THEREFORE, if you proceed with your order, take all of this into consideration so that your expectations are REALISTIC. We suggested to add approximately two/three days to your shipping time expectation. The warehouse is CLOSED on weekends so THINK about this if you order on a Friday. If your order is found "out-of-stock", we will e-mail you to notify you as SOON as we find this out. Orders at the warehouse are on a "first-in-first-out" basis. You are best served keeping your order open if it is found out of stock. We will know within 10 - 12 days if any your product becomes available. WSC does not price match.
Stock changes daily. The stock is in the manufacturer's control. It is not in our warehouse. What you see now in stock is not guaranteed to be available the next day. A $200 non-refundable deposit holds any scanner for 48 hours. Of course, if purchased, the $200 applies to the purchase price.
Payment is made through any of these credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express and processed through your choice of three Payment Processing Systems: Authorize.NET, Google Checkout or PayPal Financial Services. Your transaction is processed through secure servers. If you process through the PayPal system, it is best if you are already a verified PayPal member in their system or else your transaction can only be approved for up to $2,000. However, if you choose either Authorize.NET or Google Checkout, then the transaction is limited only by the credit limit on your card.
Shipping is always in addition to the purchase price of the scanner.
Certain scanner models, the manufacturer will offer on-site set up and installation of the scanner included in the purchase price. (See particular product pages for details.)
We do not search for scanners, nor take offers from unsolicited sources. If you have a scanner to sell, please do not call our office. We do not buy scanners from any source other than the manufacturers we represent and selected industry sources.
