Each scanner comes with a certification from that particular scanner’s manufacturer. Usually this certification states that the scanner has been certified by the manufacturer to be accepted into their maintenance program. However, some manufacturers will offer a limited time warranty for the scanner. This is usually a 90 period. Check the details of the particular scanner for this information. The scanner has been cleaned, tested and certified to be in working order by the scanner manufacturer.
Scanners are sold "as is" given this certification.
There are no returns.
Stock changes daily. What you see now in stock is not guaranteed to be available the next day. A $200 non-refundable deposit holds any scanner for 48 hours. Of course, if purchased, the $200 applies to the purchase price.
Payment is made through any of these credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express and processed through your choice of three Payment Processing Systems: Authorize.NET, Google Checkout or PayPal Financial Services. Your transaction is processed through secure servers. If you process through the PayPal system, it is best if you are already a verified member in their system or else your transaction can only be approved for up to $2,000. However, if you choose either Authorize.NET or Google Checkout, then the transaction is limited only by the credit limit on your card.
Shipping is always in addition to the purchase price of the scanner.
Certain scanner models, the manufacturer will offer on-site set up and installation of the scanner included in the purchase price. (See particular product pages for details.)
